The first step is to get NotePager Pro working with your pager or mobile phone.
What carrier (wireless provider) is your pager/phone on?

What I was asking is who you get your mobile phone service through (i.e. Nextel, Sprint, Verizon, TMobile, ATT, Cingular, etc.).
Different providers offer different options (and settings) on how to send messages to them. I can probably get you going in the right direction if I know what service provider you are using.

The first step is to find out from the carrier what methods they support for accepting text messages. Can you send them messages over a regular modem using the TAP or UCP protocols? Can you send them messages over the Internet using SNPP, WCTP, or SMTP?
It really depends on what they have setup on their end to support text messaging, that is why I was asking who they are, because we have a list of the more popular carriers and what methods/protocols they support.
If you want to view that info, it is found here: http://www.notepage.net/support.htm

If your carrier isn't listed on our support page, it means we don't know what that carrier's protocols are. You'll need to contact the carrier directly and ask them which protocols they support and what their hosts are.
