|

Hello,
1.
We have been using the PageGate for long time and this is the first time to get the following error.
When I try to open the PG Admin, I got the following error.
"Error #35602 key is not unique in collection in Procedure: treeform load"
Then I couldn't open the PG Admin.
Has anyone received such error?
2.
Once a while, one of the four dialer services stops and it causes the message delays, which is a big problem here.
We run the PageGate as Window Service. Is there a way why one of the dialers stops and what caused it?
And is there a solution for this?
Thank you in advance!!!

That error means that there is a duplicate line somewhere in your databse, hence the key not being unique. More often than not, this happens when a duplicate recipient is written to the Users table of the PageGate database by an automated routine. Check your users table for any duplication.

If you would, please email the log files from your PageGate Logging directory to support at notepage dot com and let us know the last date/time a dialer stopped. Without looking at the log files, I couldn't really guess at what was causing the issue.

Thank you!
1. Yes, there was a dupilcated value in the users table. Actually the two were different but I think one of the values were too long and truncated. For example, we had such values in Users table, and it caused the error.
aaa_bbb and aaa_bbb_ccc
2. I think that I found what was the problem. Accodring to our license document, we have only three dialers, but four dialers were turned on in PGAdmin.
I think that it caused the problem. Am I right?

Ah, that would definitely do it. If you were only licensed for 3 dialers and you had 4 dialers running, PageGate would disable one of them while doing its license checking routines.

1 Additional Dialer can be upgraded for $100.00 at http://www.notepage.net/upgrades.htm
If using PageGate software version 4, you may want to also upgrade to the latest version 5. More information at http://www.notepage.net/pagegate-v5.htm
