In the electronic PageGate Registration Key under Modules Owned, can you please let me know what front-end Interfaces are listed?

What you refer to as SNPP incoming is the optional getSNPP module that works with the optional getASCII interface - it is a PayFor add on much like the getWEB and getMAIL that you already own_________________ Aaron D. Osgood

Check the SNPP add-on option when upgrading PageGate at http://www.notepage.net/upgrade-order-forms.htm
On the PageGate Upgrade & Addons web page, uncheck any of the other options that are not needed (i.e. Upgrade version 4.x to version 5 of PageGate).

Please ignore the instructions for upgrading the SNPP add-on.
NotePage Technical Support is looking into why PageGate is not registering the SNPP add on.

At first I was planning to use GetMail instead of GetTap to be able to use our Internet or Intranet connections but we opted not to use this because we didn't want it to pass thru these connections - It is important for us to get the pages even if the network is down. I believe getSNPP will also utilize such connection. Given this ... Is there something we can do to make GetTap work for us without stopping after sometime?
