Why is it that everything stops when I go on annual leave?
I have not been receiving messages since the 1st Aug, but the main problem is what happened to the icon in the task bar?
I am unable to open the application to check the configuration (what service is it by the way) and when I try to restart it I get a message :-
'Duplicate Application - Another copy of Notepager Pro is already running'
I have de-installed and re-installed several times but it keeps happenning.
I have the latest version and run it on a Win2k server.
It's driving me nuts........

Just from what you're descriving it sounds like the program is erroring out on something. Either that or it's running across an exception where you minimize it to the system tray and it disappears.
In any event, when you run into this, bring up the Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and see if NPP.exe or NPPDial.exe are in the list. If they are, you need to stop them before you try to run the application again, otherwise it'll tell you that another copy of the program is already running.
