Uninstalling PageGate v5 - wipes out MS Server 2003 SP2

We recently purchased and installed PageGate v5 on an HP server running MS Server 2003 SP2. During the PageGate install, we mistakenly loaded PageGate into the wrong directory. Thought we could uninstall PG, reinstall in correct directory. During PG uninstall, there's two prompts (sorry, can't recall exact words). Believe one says 'uninstall program', other says 'uninstall all files' or similar words. We choose the 'all files'. Bad choice - uninstalled or affected bunch of Win files related to Server 2003, including SP2. Left server dead in the water. We can't seem to find any 'uninstall' details in your documentation. Help - we're reinstalling the OS but don't want to do that again. What should we have done?

Since all you wanted to do was reinstall do a different directory, the uninstallation option youw anted to choose was the Program uninstall but that actually is merely incidental the problem you ran into.

This would make the second time in two years that I've ever seen this problem. The only other time I've ever seen this happen is when it happened to me on one of my test systems during the Beta phase of PageGate version 5. We were never able to determine what had happened or what caused it to do that. The full uninstall is the uninstallation you choose if you want to completely remove the program files as well as all of the registry entries associated with the program.
