I have upgraded to v5 from v4.
v5 is now on a its own server as opposed to v4 being on a desktop pc. I copied the database from the desktop to the server 12hours prior to the v5 going "live" I now have around 12 hours of information that I have that needs to be merged into the new server. Has anyone had experience with this issue before any help would be great thanks!!!!

Which information are you looking to "merge" - log files or recipient/group info?

what happened is the PBX director ran reports shortly after I copied the database. If these reports are part of the database then they would not be on the copied data base. I am assuming that it would be log files? I am not quite sure though.

The log files log the actual sequences but all of the reports use the PageGate database and don't reference the log files.
