After several tests, this message eventually went away. Not sure why it was in limbo for a few hours...

It's back. Overnight we had 182 messages pending all because of the error. I would like a response today, if possible.

Wendy,
How are you running NotePager Pro (a single login on a single computer, multiple logins on a single computer, etc)?
Also, what directory is the program installed to and what version of Windows are you running?

It's a single login on a single computer.
Path - D:\Program Files\NotePager Pro
located on Windows Server 2003

Hmm... quite strange. The error message is indicating that the program is having trouble writing to the database/logging directory, which would be d:\program files\notepager pro\
I'd be willing to bet it's a permissions issue but I'm not sure if the Program Files directory on a drive other than C: is one of the Windows Protected directories. I know that c:\program files\ is a protected directory in Windows and can occasionally offer interesting issues where it concerns applications writing to those directories.
My recommendation would be to do this:
1) Make a copy of the D:\program files\notepager pro\npp.mdb file on the desktop.
2) Uninstall NotePager Pro.
3) Delete the d:\program files\notepager pro\ directory.
4) Download the latest installation file for NotePager Pro here:
http://www.notepage.net (click on the download button under the NotePager Pro section in the center of the webpage)
5) Save the notepagerpro.exe installation file to the desktop for easy access.
6) When the file has finished downloading, run it.
7) During the installation, change the installation directory to d:\notepager pro\
8) After the installation completes but BEFORE you run the program, copy the npp.mdb file from your desktop into the d:\notepager pro\ directory.
That should take care of any potential permissions issues you're running into and should fix the error you're running into as well.
