I recently purchased PageGate.

When an email is send to abc@domain.com I would like to send it to multiple recipients. I don't have a domain name so I used "POP Mail Collection".

i.e For every recipient I put in the same email address (i.e abc@domain.com) in the "POP Mail Collection" but it only seems to send an SMS to the first recipient.

What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be appreciated.

Since you want one email to go to multiple recipients, you don't want to enable the POP Mail Collection for multiple recipients.

What you'll want to do is create a group (you can name it whatever you please).

Then add everyone who needs to receive these messages as a member of the group.

Then enable the POP Mail Collection for the group.

That way, the group checks the email address and if there are any messages there, it delivers them to every member of the group.

We have over 700 groups setup in PageGate. We use a "catch-all" mailbox, and send the message to the group as an email. PageGate checks the catch-all box and sends to the proper group.

Example:

GRP001 may have 30 people. We send an email to GRP001 @ domainname . com. Since our mailserver does not find an email address of GRP001, it hold the mail in the "catch-all" box. PageGate checks and removes anything in the catch-all box every minute. If the email address matches one of our groups, PageGate sends the message out.
