I seem to be having some difficulty with my Carrier setup for SMTP service. I have been able to successfully send a page from notepage pro to my personal email account on my ISP (tds.net) by setting the local domain for the TDS carrier to be "tds.net" with direct delivery specified. However, trying to send a page to my cell phone (Virgin Mobile) results in a "sucessful" delivery indication on the dialer log .. but nothing as nothing is being delivered .. even through the connection log shows "success" and a subsequent email directly from my email client to the same cell phone number is delivered with a minimal delay. I initially thought that some form of authentication would be required with the local domain email server to send a smtp page via that server, however that does not appear to be the case as you can see from the attached log.. you will note that the initial attempt to connect to the mail server for Virgin Mobile fails and the system automatically switched to my outgoing smpt server....

The only thing I can see that would potentially cause the messages to be received by Virgin Mobile but then filtered before they hit the phone is that you have no Sender's Name specified. When a Sender's Name is not specified, a lot of carriers will think the messages are spam.

Try going to Tools - Settings - General and entering something in the Sender's Name field, then see if it works.

Thank you .. that did it. Once I went back to the setup wizard and added a name for the sender the page went right through.
