Verizon different on two separate machines

[REMAX2004]

We run Notepager Pro and have 5 carriers on each machine. On two different machines, using the carrier Verizon and using the same settings, one will send and one will not. What could be causing this problem!? The settings I am using are TAP, 18663374504, 1200, e, 7, 1 . This is what the log shows.

Judging from the "garbage" characters, it looks like you have the baud rate set too high for the terminal. Try resetting the baud rate to 1200 and the init string to (auto).
