I have been trying to set up our NotePage Pro to send text messages to a Sprint phone. I got the access number from the drop down menu when I set up NotePage Pro, but still have not been able to get it to work, the message just goes to bad message. Please help!

I assume you're using the TAP protocol for Sprint since you referenced an access number. If you would, please email the c:\program files\notepager pro\npp.log file to support at notepage dot com so we can review what's happening.
