NotePage Pro has suddenly stopped saving my setting changes that I make. Examples include, I selected the "hide preset buttons" and "hide options button". I then apply it to all users, and it appears to work fine. But as soon as I close the program and then reopen it, they have returned. I also set the "Send Username" as "%LoginName%" and it appears to save and work fine, but as soon as I close the program, and reopen it, the username field has been cleared and is blank.

Any ideas?

It is crucial that I have the username to work, the buttons are just a cosmetic annoyance.

Jim,

All of those settings are saved as registry variables. So, if you're logged in as a user that doesn't have permission to modify the registry, it can't save the variables beyond the current session.

My recommendation would be to log in as an administrative user, then set the options as you want, that way it can properly save everything.

Thanks for the quick reply.

The one person from our department that has administrative access is currently on an administrative leave, and doesnt have a return date set. Looks like I will need to get MIS to come over to login while I make the changes. (That is a lot harder than what it sounds though, heh.)
