SMTP messages rejected

I recently started having problems with Ntelos smtp messages being rejected. The log shows client host rejected: cannot find your hostname and then it shows an ip address that is associated with my ISP. Is this a problem on my end or Ntelos?

If you would, please email the pgdial1.log file from your PageGate directory to support at notepage dot com

I'd like to have a closer look at the recorded transaction.
