Hello, i have a couple of questions...
1.) I installed NotePage Pro about a week ago, onto a common drive that is shared by all computers in the department, it was working fine at first. On the second day, I minimized it on my computer, and it went down into the system tray as normal. Later, when I needed to send a page, I could not get it to come back out of the system tray. Clicking, double clicking, right click and left clicking, nothing would happen. When i attempted to open it again, it told me that the program was already running. When i went to my task manager, it showed as running and responding, but the icon in the system tray would not respond to any actions. Any ideas what could cause this? I have tested it on the other computers and things work fine, only this computer has the issue.
2.) Also, I had to install the program on each computer, due to it appearantly writing some files to the registry and windows directory on each individual pc. I have noticed on all but 1 of the computers, when pages are sent the "sent from" field in the history file have the login name of the person using that computer, however on the 1 PC, it leaves it blank. This occurs no matter who logs onto this PC. Any idea what would cause it to be left blank on just this one PC?
3.) Because I have it installed on a common drive, would i only need to purchase 1 license if i decide to buy? Or would i need a seperate license for each PC?
Thanks
Jim S

As OzCom mentioned, you may want to look at PageGate. NotePager Pro is the single user, stand alone version of the software we provide. If you're going to need a program that works in a network environment and can be installed on multiple workstations, PageGate with the GUI Client would work much better.
