Any ideas why once minimized, the software won't respond to any action when in system tray? I'd like to be able to keep it open without taking up the space on my task bar. Thanks!

This used to be an issue with one of the older builds of the GUI Client. Have you tried updating your installation of the GUI Client (and only the GUI Client) to the latest build?
If not, the latest installation file can be downloaded from our website (http://www.notepage.net) under the PageGate section.
If I could make a recommendation, though, I would recommend uninstalling the older build of the client before you do the installation to ensure that the installed files are the appropriate ones.

I hadn't tried re-installing the app yet, I was hoping to avoid that for the obvious time reasons. The original download and install took place only last week, so I'm thinking I have the latest version.
As far as the GUI client, I'm not sure I'm following you there... Is that the notepage software itself? Or some section of it.
And again - Thank you, more companies should take your example of customer service. This forum is a great idea, and the fact that you in support follow it close is amazing.

Hmm... you do have the latest build if the original installation was last week. Every now and again, I've run into a few systems where there is another icon 'misbehaving' in the system tray that causes our icon not to perform properly as well. Check the system tray for other icons and if there are any there that you don't need, try and remove them from the system try and see if that aleviates the problem.
As for the GUI Client, it's part of the PageGate installation file, I should've been a bit clearer on that in the original post.
... and thank you for the praise. It's quite appreciated.

Unfortunately, it's a new computer... So I haven't had time to get too many gremlins in the system yet. I think I'll just get used to it being minimized to task bar until I have some time to do a reinstall, I'm guessing (hoping) that will do the trick. So far so good for functionality though. Unless we run into major problems between here and the end of our trial, we'll be purchasing three licenses. Please pass along to your supervisors that the customer service from this forum has had quite a bit to do with us buying from you!
