Pages received by Pagegate via GetMail or GUI Client. Pages delivered via Dialer1 are fine (TAP). However, one of my recipients is with a paging firm that uses SMTP. I configured the carrier (SMTP) and the recipient is "normal" and I enter the email address. All messages for this recipient go into pending and never get delivered. I have configured the GetMail SMTP settings and relay via one of our mail servers.

Pages that are "copied" to email addresses (that is, deliver via TAP and copy via email) work fine and are delivered ok.

That's odd, that the messages would go through when set up on a recipient's forward but wouldn't work as a recipient's settings.

If you would, email the pgdial1.log file to support at notepage dot com and let us know which recipient is set up to use the SMTP carrier and a recipient that has the Forward configured.

Ok, when you asked to see the PGDialer1 log, I had an epiphany; I didn't realize you needed a "dialer" for SMTP messages. My Dialer1 was not dedicated to any carrier, but I fired up Dialer2 and dedicated it to the SMTP carrier I configured. Immediatley, all the pending messages were delivered.

My bad. Thanks.
