NotePager Pro with Cellular South?

Can someone help?

I am using the trial version of NotePager Pro for a small emergency services agency. We seem to have no trouble using this with our Cingular phone employees, but the Cellular South employees wont work.

We use SMTP protocols for both setups.

Using (employee phone number@cingularme.com) for the Cinglar phones, which works.
and
Using (employee phone number@csouth1.com) for the Cellular South phones, which does NOT work.

Cellular South will not assist us in support of this feature, can anyone here help before i decide whether to buy the actual version of NotePager Pro, or give up altogether?

When attempting to send a message to the Cellular South phones, this is the message in the connection monitor:

THe person responsible for paying the bill for the phone from Cellular South needs to contact them and specifically request that they phone's email address be activated. Also, Cellular South did have some systemwide messaging issues a few weeks back - your recipient's phones may not have been corrected yet. A direct contact at Cellular South is:
