Hello. Our bath water tap is leaking, the pipe is green and it only leaks when u turn on the tap.

The water runs from the tap down the pipe and onto the floor, then through the celing into the kitchen.

Can someone please explain why this is happening, and quick guide to fixing it.

Uh... you've really got the wrong forum. Our program uses the TAP protocol to send SMS messages to cel phones and pagers. It doesn't really have anything to do with plumbing.
