I have PageGate running on a Windows 2000 server, polling from a folder for messages delivered.
This has been working for over a year and suddenly pages were not being received.
I look at the global log and it shows polled messages having been scheduled and sent.
I can send pages from the console successfully so I do not think that it is a firewall or security issue. All of those things have been checked and restarted anyway.
This is running as a service and all services are started. The scheduler status shows running
I am perplexed. Any help would be appreciated.

Try to follow an individual message through the logs.
In PG Admin, go to logging. First look in the GetAscii log and find a somewhat recent message that came in. Next, look in the Scheduler log and see that the same message was scheduled for delivery. Then, look in the Dialer log and find the message being delivered.
If that all looks fine, and the message says it was successfully delivered, then the problem is most likely that the paging service provider is dropping the message for some reason. I say this because if you see a 'Successful' message in the dialer log, it means that the other end (the service provider) actually sent a confirmation message back that the message was accepted.
If you would like us to take a look at the logs, just send all the .log files from your PageGate folder to 'support@notepage.com'. If you do, please give an example of at date/time and message that we should look at for an example of one that isn't working correctly.

Although it occurred outside the forum, I just wanted to note that Tech Support was very responsive and helpful in working through this issue to find that it is likely the paging service having made a change.
Thanks
