Hi.
we integrated the webgate into an ASP web application, the application will query users from the active directory who has a pager number, and then display the result in the listbox, we have been using this web application for over a year now to page to everyone else in our company without any problem, but we noticed recently that we already have more than 1300 users with pager number in the active directory, but the listbox will only display 1000 users, is there anyway how to fix this issue?
any help would be appreciated thanks.

If you go to the Registration section of your PageGate Admin, what does it says your user license is?

It says 5000 user license. we double check the listbox properties and so with the queries to the active directory, but evrything is fine.

Does the ASP file reference the webgate.usr file in the CGI-Scripts directory for that listbox?
I'm just wondering if the trouble is either PageGate misreporting the users or the ASP page not pulling the right list.
