Have problems with the software sometimes it will page and sometimes it will not. Then we have problems that not all members will get the page that was sent out. Anything on thsi would help.
We are texting out through boardbrand.

If you would, please email the c:\program files\notepager pro\npp.log file to support at notepage dot com
I'd like to have a look at what's showing up in the log files when the program tries to send messages.

After reviewing the log, the trouble you're running into is based on the dashes in the ID/PIN fields of your recipients.
If you would, edit each of your recipients and take out all spaces and dashes from the ID/PIN, leaving only the 10digitnumber.

Okay that problem is fix and thanks. Now onto new problem on aother pc that we have Notepager installed on. No we do not have the netowrk version since it is a little out of our range on money wise.
I have another pc that gets thsi meesage "Engine not running". I will be emailing it's Dail log here shorlty for Tech support to take a look at it.

That error only comes up if the nppdial.exe portion of NotePager Pro doesn't run when the program starts up.
If you would, check to see that the nppdial.exe file actually exists in the NotePager Pro directory. If it doesn't, you'll definitely need to reinstall the program but you'll also want to go into the settings of any antivirus or firewall program you have and tell it, specifically, not to prevent it from being installed.
If the nppdial.exe file does exist, try running it manually and let me know what happens when you do.
