Pagegate Monitor

I installed the monitor on a seperate system to keep tabs on the server. When I run it, I never see anything go green????

What am I missing??

To install remote Monitor(s) you will need to know either the IP address or NetBios machine name of the computer where you are installing the remote PG Monitor. PageGate Server uses UDP to direct the update packets to the remote PG Monitor.

The following steps MUST BE DONE ON THE SERVER.

1.) Open PageGate Admin.

2.) Go to 'Logging' - 'Settings'

3.) In the "PG Monitor Host1" field, enter the IP address (preferred) or NetBios machine name (do not include \\ before the name).

4.) "Apply"

You can run the Remote PG Monitor and it should now reflect PageGate Server's current run status.
