Notepager Pro not working

When Notepager Pro is opened it automatically says connecting to Indiana Paging but never connects. I can not hear any dial tone and messages go directly to pending. I have tried to fix the problem but have been unsuccessful...........help! We have Windows XP

Have you checked the Dialer Log (View - Dialer Log)?

That will give you more information as to what is going on.

You can then copy the dialer log and paste it into a forum post if you still require assistance.
