Sending pages from UNIX hosts?

We are currently using MKS and calling sendpage via remote shell (rsh), however the 128 char limit on sendpage is causing some problems. I have been trying to get sendpage32 to work via rsh, but have yet to be successful. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to accomplish this?

Not sure why I didn't think of this before, but we fixed the issue.

Instead of using remsh to pass the parameters we build the tmp*.asc file on the UNIX host and then rcp it into the polling directory.

Thanks

You might also look at using Perl ... the SMTP.pm module is quick and easy to use, and I've found it to be highly reliable ... with a little clever scripting you can use it to build a multi-platform solution generate page or e-mail notifications.
