Good Morning Tech
My problem is in a group page I am not able to reach out to the other modem. Which is leaving the group page unsuccessful. My question is do I need premission to utilitize the GetTap interface protocol because it is not highlighted as a usable function, but it keeps coming up unsuccessful page sent. I have spoken with Arch (other modem) and tech there is not reading anything from my end.

The GetTAP interface is not used to SEND messages.

Your issue is related to Carrier/Dialer settings.

Can you copy and paste a connection attempt found in your Dialer Log (PGDial1.log) into a forum post?

Please remember to "X" out any Recipient ID/Pins.
