You've probably got a setting or two in the Carrier setup that need to be changed.
First off, you need to find out what your local domain and DND Settings are. Usually, for single users, the best way to do this is to contact your internet service provider. Simply ask their tech support what your local domain is and whether or not you use DNS entries or a relay server for email. Once you have that information, you should be able to go into the Carrier Settings and enter the information they give you there. Once you do that, your carrier will be configured properly.
