Hi,
Just downloaded the trial version and was trying to do a group page, is this feature disabled in the trial?

All features are available in the software during the evaluation period.
Do you have "On Call Group" selected?
If so, you either need to un-check that option, or build an "On Call Schedule" for the group.

On Call group not selected, when I select the group and click 'send' the message doesn't even show up in pending.

| Did you add Recipients to the Group under 'Groups' - 'Members'?

Answered my own question, had not added members to the group, I had created.
