Trying to setup "On Call" for a group

I'm trying to setup on call for a group. When ever I enable it (With people set as a recipient) I get an error in the scheduler that "No recipients currently on-call in the group."

To say the documentation is "lacking" would be an understatement.

First - Thank you Phil for your help!

Second – Who was the jack-a-lope that came up with a weekly schedule for the on call feature? I’ve NEVER worked an on call schedule that did not cover the entire week.

PLEASE, have the PageGate engineers put in a monthly schedule for this feature on the next release.
