Hi,
We are trying to send a notification via email using Oracle enterprise manager but it seems that "getmail" does not like the format.
This is the error in the pggmail.log

Hi,
Thanks for the answer. I have submitted the files as you suggested.
I was wondering if you have found any answers.
Thanks

We did receive the files.
What version of PageGate are you using?
What are the exact version numbers on the GetMail (PGGMail.exe) and the Dialer (PGDial1.exe) executables? |

PageGate 4.0 (with GetMail) handles those message files with no issues. SMTP message handling has been improved in the latest version.
I would recommend upgrading PageGate. |
