Why am I not receiving the message?
I have to relay through cox.net because cox, my ISP, blocks port 25.

Try changing the "Local Domain" in your Carrier settings to "cox.net".
The "Local Domain" should never be a Carrier's mail domain. It should be yours.

You will need to contact Cox to discuss SMTP relay options. Cox may be requiring SMTP authentication, which NotePager Pro does not currently support.
