Can't page notepager pro 2.1 just keeps putting in pending

I installed notepager pro 2.1 on my computer that is now running xp pro. set up everything but just keeps sending pages to pending. never pages. HELP Please!!!!!!!!!

Is your modem dialing?
Which COM Port is your modem on?
On which Port is NotePager Pro looking for the modem?

No it doesn't seem to be dialing no sound at all. I am on com port 4 that is what my computer says my modem is on. I have tried all the ports including auto I have tried all the strings still nothing

Could you please follow the directions in the post (link below), so that we can see detailed information in your connection log?

Once that is done, try to send a message. You can then copy the contents of the log (npp.log) and paste them into a reply forum post.

Remember to obscure any ID/Pins in the forum post.

I did what u said and checked the log in npp.log it says
Start commications to carrier
connect using tap protocol
setting commication paramiters

Any other suggestions

Oh by the way the hiden files were unlocked from the begining

Open the file "npp.log" with Notepad.
From the menu select 'Edit' - 'Select All'
Select 'Edit' - 'Copy'

You can then Right Click in a forum post (where you type) and select "Paste".
