Duplicate smtp notification from PageGate

A while back we had ran into this problem with native get mail or mail forwarding enable within the Group recipient that sent duplicate smtp notification after pages notification sent. So Tech support suggested to remove the email forward within the Group recipient and make it an individual recipient because PageGate Schedule has a better built method to track duplicate notification message. So now it back even with recommandation to move the email notification to individual recipient. Any idea what I can do remove the duplicate email notifications?

Message forwarding is set under each Recipient and Group.

Expand the Recipient (or Group) and look under the "Email" object.

The setting is "Forward Copy To".

If you remove the e-mail address from that field, no messages will be forwarded.

Forwarding will only be done if "GetMail" is running and enabled for that recipient / group.
