Hi,

I am new to the forum and have a problem.

I have a PageGate installation running on a windows 2000 professional workstation using a mapped drive to a windows 2000 server (k:/).

If the connection is broken between the workstation and the server, and reestablished the PageGate application just hangs. The only workaround is to reboot the workstation. Is there some way to restart the appllcation?

Regards

Philby

You may have better results using a UNC path, instead of a mapped drive.

Does the PG Client exhibit the same behavior if you use a UNC path for the Server Database?

Hi,

Yes, unfortunately the UNC path obtains the same result. I have also set the PageGate service to restart on failure with no success?
