I have installed/unistalled 3 times. Running Win 95 v 4.00.950.B and have successfully used the free version of NP32 with no problems. I paid $10 and got the registation number, so I downloaded NP32 from the site since there is no way to enter registration key on the freeware version. When I open it, main screen appears but does not respond. Only way to shut down is CTL-ALT-DEL and close the program. Pleas help.

I have experienced similar problems, if you will read messages posted under startup problems.
I have no problems with Note Pager Pro, which I was asked to install to see if I had similar problems. Note Pager Pro worked fine.
I assume you have the startup screen advertising Note Pager Pro, but clicking on More Info or Continue has no effect.
I have de-installed and re-installed Note Pager 32 several times.
I have de-installed and removed all registry entries, re-installed and still have the same problem.
I installed Norton Sytem Works and had it correct all errors it had found, but still have problems with Note Pager 32.
I am hoping that because we have similar problems, we will have success with the same solution.
Thanks
Brian

We will spend some time trying to reproduce the problem here. The first user to report this problem in another thread was running MS Windows 98. What operating system are you using?

I'm getting that on 98SE. CTRL+ALT+DEL gets me into set-up if I cancel the shut down but configuration never completes. And it dumps me back to the ad then freezes again. I downloaded from site 1.
