Is there a way to change the log files so the most current is displayed first and what can be done to keep/restore the log files after turning the monitor off and then back on.

PageGate Monitor's log windows only display what has been written to the actual log files while monitor has been running. PageGate will write to logs even when Monitor is closed. The location (directory) of PageGate's log files is listed in PageGate Admin under 'Program' - 'Settings' - "Log Directory".

The PageGate logs files are listed below (depending on your installation and license). You probably will not have them all.

PageGate.log
PGDial*.log (* = dialer number - i.e. "PGDial3.log")
PGGAscii.log
PGGMail.log
PGGSerial.log
PGGTap.log
PGGUI.log
PGGWeb.log
PGSched.log
POPin.log
POPout.log
SMTPin.log
SMTPout.log

Entries to PageGate log files are appended to the end of the file. This is not adjustable.
