error in botswana

hi

i have a little problem with using notepager 32 in botswana. i am sure that i have entered the correct carrier number, because it is the same that i use when sending from pager to pager. From your information page i gathered that my network (mascom wireless) uses the tap protocol, and there it gvies the same carrier number that i have entered. Yet when i try to send a message, it doesn't work. If i listen along on the phone line, i hear the program dialing a number and then the error comes back that the number is incorrect. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
help is much appreciated, it seems like a great product and if i can solve this problem i will definetely buy the pro version.

If you are hearing an audible error message stating that the Carrier's TAP phone number is incorrect, you should contact the Carrier directly to determine the correct TAP terminal number.

You may also want to check your dialing properties, to enure that you are dialing the correct number (including country/ area /city codes) from your location.
