I'm running PageGate server on a Windows XP Pro machine that I'm about to upgrade to Service Pack 2. Are there any issues with Service Pack 2 that ya'll are aware of?

No issues related specifically to the application of XP SP2 have been reported.

However, we always recommend that you back up your PageGate database (pagegate.mdb) prior to making any significant changes to the OS.
