I called Immix customer service, and they have NEVER even heard of a tap/ixo number...I called 3 times in a row and asked 3 different CSR's. They prolly have one, but don't tell the CSR's about it.

Unfortunately, the carrier's CSR's or customer service representatives are often not trained to know their own protocols. You may have better luck with the carrier's Tech Suppport Department. The carrier may also list the protocols on their website.
