Items in web page disappear

Recently the items on the web interface disappeared and then reappeared after a change was made to a user. Any ideas?

What items "disappeared"?
What template file are you using?
What changes did you make to the user?

All pageable items, we have our own company template. The items reappeared (alomost likea refresh) when I just happen to pick a name and placed a check mark and applied the change to an idividual.

I am not sure what exactly happened. If it occurs again, please contact Technical Support at the email address below, before making any changes. This way we can discuss specific options and troubleshooting steps in a timely manner.
