Sending throgh CDMA carrier vía cellphone used as a Modem

Can Notepager pro be used to send messages throgh a CDMA cell phone conected to the PC , the carrier to be used is Movilnet from Venezuela, and it uses CDMA.
So to summarize some of the questions I have...
1-Can Notepager pro connect through a Cellphone?
2-Can the cell phone be CDMA?
3-The Carrier to be used can be CDMA?
4-Speed of delivery of messages through a cellphone?

Basically - the answer to your question depends largely on your particular cell phone model and wireless carrier. If your PC (Laptop / desktop/ server) connects to your cell phone via cable, Bluetooth, or IR - the PC sees the cell phone as a modem only as a source for dial tone. We'd need more data to properly answer yout question.
