Question:

can I run NotePager 32 on my laptop with an IRDA port and send the sms via my Siemens ME45 (with infrared port), or how does it work?

NotePager32 only supports TAP (through analog modem connections).

What you describe may work with NotePager Pro, the GSM protocol and the phone attached directly to a COM port.

We do not know if it will work using IRDA.
