We have had several occasions where our PageGate service locks up. The Win2000 server needs to be rebooted or the service needs to be manually started. In the Event Viewer, there are Service Control Manager errors: The PageGate Dialer3(X) service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 4 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.
Does anyone have any suggestions. The only way we can tell that it is locked up is by opening the PG Monitor and seeing all red 0's. (FYI we are only using GetWeb).

Please send copies of all PageGate log files to forumsupport@notepage.com, using "Pagegate service stops (locks up)" in the subject line.

Please include the following information in the e-mail:

date/time that this happened
Name
telephone number (in case we need to discuss further troubleshooting)
PageGate Serial Number
Running PageGate as NT Service or Application?
