Multiple line page

I am trying to send a 4 four line message to a pager but I only receive the first line. Is there a problem with the carrier? The pager I am using is a Motorola Advisor Elite capable of multiple lines.

It is not possible to determine what the issue is, based on the
limited information that you have provided. Could you please provide
the following details?

1.) The name (and version number) of the software that you are using.
2.) The Carrier settings.
3.) The Recipient settings (DO NOT POST the ID/Pin)
