CANT MAXIMIZE????

Running Notepager Pro on a win2k server. Once started the application does not place a icon in the system tray, or a tab on the task bar. I have no way to go into the program. When double clicking the actually icon on the desktop it tells me that it is already running in an error message. Can anyone please help. I know it is queing up pages but cant send do to some settings. HELP>>>>
