E-mail paging works fine when I use my laptop connected to a telephone line and DIAL in to my ISP. But...when I attempt the same thing when using my wireless DSL connection (same laptop), then all pages are rejected. Outlook Express works for e-mail pages wirelessly, but not NotePager.

Insert Twilight Zone theme here............

Check the "Sender's Name" ('Tools' - 'Settings' - 'General') and the "Local Domain" (in the "Carrier's" settings).

Both fields should be populated.

"Sender's Name" should not contain spaces, or end with a period.

"Local Domain" should be in the format "xyz.com" or "company.org"

NotePager Pro uses both values to create a required "From" address when sending via SMTP.
