Hello, I am interested to know if you have the info required to setup the SW to be used to sen messages to Venezuelan cellulars. there are 3 providers
one with CDMA, one woth TDMA and the other one with GSM.

There are Carriers from all over the world listed (mostly under TAP and SMTP). If you do not see a Carrier listed, you should contact that Carrier directly, to determine which protocols they support (and related settings).
