Interconnection between carriers

I am trying to send a message using the Fido TAP number to a rogers customer (all in canada) and I know that using a cell phone this is possible, but using notepage 32 it is not working. If i send the message from fido tap to fido customer it works but when I try sending from a fido tap to a rogers customer it does not work!!

Can you please explain why this does not work and what I need to do to make it work cause even per the carriers it should work!!

Although carriers have started forwarding messages that originate by phone, on different networks, as far as we know, no carrier are yet supporting forwarding messages that originate from TAP, SMTP, SNPP, WCTP, or basically any other computer-based protocol.

We are very much looking forward for them to support this topology.
