Is it possible to set it up in such a way whereby messages are sent out from a database. Ie the DB would have the following fields:

Date to send message, time to send message, message itself, receipients phone number, recipients carrier.

Ie is there a way to script it or set it up so that the software will just keep reading the DB and send out the messages based on the date and time in the DB.

Is this possible with notepage pro??

PageGate will be your best bet for that. PageGate doesn't read any external databases, but you could insert messages directly into PageGate's messages table if you have an application that can write to a Jet 4.0 database (same format as MS Access 2000).

Another option would be to setup PageGate's Commandline/Ascii interface to 'watch' a folder for new text files. You could then simple put a text file into that folder with the message you want sent out, and PageGate would read in the file, and deliver the message(s).
