GetMail Interface won't start

Today I purchased the GetMail interface for pagegate. The interface is up and running. I have a group setup with the Mail interface enabled on that group. It set to collect a message via POP from our inhouse email server every 2 minutes. I have my pager in the group. When it picks up the mail from the POP account, it never sends it to my pager. What am I missing here?

I'm not sure why it isn't relaying the message to your pager. If you would, please email me the pggmail.log file from your PageGate directory so I can have a look at what happens when the GetMail module processes the message(s).
