I am on Rogers Highspeed and I am unable to configure to send via SMTP.
I opened the command prompt and typed in the DNS Server however when I try and send an email on the Bell Mobility Canada Network the log says rogers login authentication failed.

Is it because I am on DHCP?
What should I try?

Arty,

Rogers has port 25 blocked off, so you can't use DNS for direct delivery of SMTP messages. What you'll need to do is call rogers and ask them what their non-authenticated relay server is. Once you have that, reconfigure your SMTP carrier to use it and everything should work fine.
